材料：芋头400克、剁椒适量、葱花、盐、油、生抽少许
做法：
1、芋头去皮清洗干净、切成滚刀块
2、加入少许盐和生抽，盖上剁椒，淋少许油，入蒸锅大火蒸十五分钟
3、出锅后撒上葱花，吃的时候拌匀即可
